We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will provide both pre and post sales information, as well as customer support for our complete range of in-car navigation products.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year inbound/outbound call centre experience and/or approximately 3 years customer service experience.
The preferred candidate will have IT training or qualifications and will be familiar with the use of the Microsoft Office suite, Internet and email.
The successful candidate will need to display exemplary face-to-face, telephone and written communication skills and be able to demonstrate success and experience dealing with customers in both an end user and business capacity.
Ideal background would be in business support services.
