LONDON, 23 November 2007 – Last night, satellite navigation pioneer Navman took the ‘Best satnav’ title at the Pocket Lint Gadget Awards. At a ceremony in London for media and manufacturers, Navman’s top-of-the-range S90i beat competition including the TomTom 520 and the Garmin Nuvi 660 to take the prize for the best GPS system reviewed by technology website Pocket-Lint.co.uk.
Pocket-Lint.co.uk is a trusted source of technology industry news and regular product reviews, and the fourth Pocket Lint Gadget Awards in London celebrated the best devices in sectors from audio and photography to car and mobile. Navman’s S90i is the high-end option in the company’s latest range of GPS devices, the S-Series, which was launched in September and has received excellent reviews in both specialist and consumer press.
